      1.Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during delivery

You received a wrong product

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product is missing parts

To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original packaging

All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included

You must provide a clear unboxing/opening video

2.Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any damage, wrong product, or missing item:

A continuous unboxing video is required

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The shipping label

The entire unboxing process without cuts

The issue (damage/wrong item)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.

This policy helps us prevent fraudulent claims and ensures fairness to all customers.

3.Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

Used products

Products damaged after delivery

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by customer

Minor color/size variation due to screen differences

Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)

4.Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side)

If return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you.

5.Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

Replacement (subject to stock availability), OR

Refund (if replacement not available)

6.Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping.

If approved for other reasons, customer may need to bear return shipping charges.

7.Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
