4.Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To prevent fake or fraudulent orders:
COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
If customer fails to respond to verification call/message, order may be cancelled.
Repeated fake COD orders may result in permanent blocking.
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to:
Restrict future COD orders
Recover shipping and handling charges

5.Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within India.
Delivery timelines are estimated (typically 3–7 business days).
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Risk transfers to customer upon successful delivery.
6.Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Important Conditions:
Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong item claims.
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Used or damaged-after-use products are not eligible.
We reserve the right to reject claims not meeting our policy conditions.

We advertise through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by third-party ad platforms.
Any promotional offer is subject to change without notice.
Users must not misuse our advertisements or impersonate our brand.

Logo
Images
Videos
Product descriptions

are the exclusive property of URBANZONE.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9.Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to:
Cancel suspicious orders.
Take legal action against fraudulent transactions.
Share fraud-related data with payment gateways and authorities if required by law.
Chargeback fraud or false claims may result in legal action under Indian law.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
